Webinar – How to access your CVS Health Virtual Primary Care
This webinar will outline the key features and options offered by CVS virtual Care, including primary care, urgent care, and mental health services, as well as the process for accessing and receiving notifications for virtual visits.
CVS Health Virtual Primary Care replaces Teladoc
With CVS Health Virtual Care, you have access to primary care, 24/7 on-demand care and mental health services. It’s quality care with shorter wait times and affordable pricing. You can use this virtual care option in addition to your traditional network of providers. Some visits are as low as $0.
Access is included in the Aetna NBOE medical plan.
Here’s what’s included:
On-demand care:
Access 24/7 quick care with licensed providers for common illnesses (cough, colds, flu), common infections (ear, sinus, skin, urinary) and one-time medication refills
Primary care services:
- Choose a dedicated provider and get a supporting Care Team
- Schedule a primary care visit with your provider in days, not weeks
- Ask your Care Team questions at any time, from anywhere
