Transform Diabetes Care 2.0 (TDC 2.0)

Introducing Transform Diabetes Care® (TDC), a 12-month program available to diabetics on Aetna’s Medical Plan. This is a new personalized program offered by Newark Board of Education Wellness Program to make it easier to manage your diabetes, at no extra cost.  Eligible members will receive information directly from Aetna in the coming weeks. Learn more.
